This is an introductory program in Systems Thinking. It starts from the basics of Systems Sciences and takes them through a journey of discovery of various tools and techniques, till Causal Loops and Archetypes.
It also looks at various applications from intra-personal, inter-personal to organisations (Business & non-profit), communities and governance.
Also introduces to concepts of Systems Thinking interventions in various kinds of organisations and situations.

Business Dynamics by Sterman plus building models in STELLA/iThink
Dynamic Modeling -- STELLA/iThink Open Held from July - December 4 hours per week for 20 weeks 15/term

Introduction to Dynamic Modeling in STELLA environment. Students are immersed into model building from the very first class. The course is structured so that the students get plenty of practice in model building.
It tutorial based course. Each week a new model is made and the students are expected to turn in the tutorial given the previous week together with their models.
The last four weeks are devoted to a real project and paper which they are required to turn in.
