QUERY CO2 and Steel Modeling Opportunity (SD6831)

I've run into someone looking for a system dynamics analysis.

In a nutshell a client wishes to model the European steel market to see 
what happens over time with the imposition of a cost for CO2. This is a 
complex system with many inputs, outputs and feedback loops. The key 
parameters are the end cost of steel and the actions taken by decision 
makers eg pressure on legislators, shutdown production, etc.

This is beyond my capabilities, plus I'm already occupied. If anyone is 
interested, please contact me. I hope this type of inquiry is okay with 
the SD list.
