QUERY Volunteering and health care (SD6884)

I've been working to develop an SD model to demonstrate the potential impacts 
(and costs) of volunteering as a partial solution to the soaring (budget-
busting) costs of Medicaid/Medicare and corresponding costs to the families 
of the elderly and the economy.  It's a big project with little support 
internally within my Federal agency.  But, based on some initial analysis 
using Excel, could be a solid winner--demonstrating both the value of 
volunteering and of SD analysis.  Would anyone care to discuss possible 
active participation in such an endeavor using iThink in a cooperative 
fashion???  It is a project that could be handled in segments, but would 
need significant research to inform model assumptions/variable value ranges.  
I already have some ideas on the overall model design concept.  

Thoughts?  Would anyone like to discuss further?
