I can understand your concerns and perhaps the "Systems Thinking Play Book"

by Dennis Meadows and Linda Booth Sweeney is appropriate for the described use.

Myself I am strongly involved in Lean changes and we had a meeting last weekend with a 
dozen people who are active in implementing Lean. They all liked the described games 
and the way they are presented.

I would be very interested in your opinion on using it.
