Clearly that's a provocative statement (but I kind of like it). It also
seems to me that there are a couple of stocks and some as yet unidentified
flows lurking in there.
One stock might be called "electability" and other might be called "fitness
to govern." Also lurking in there is an inverse relationship between the
two.
I wonder, John, what might the flows look like? Have you done a
stocks-and-flows analysis of your hypothesis? I'd love to see it.
