IF there is a question of how or where to spend Society money, I firmly 
believe the answer is to fund teachers and their programs to teach SD in 
K-12.  This would include, as put in another recent discussion thread, 
funding high school students, undergraduates, and graduate students as 
interns in governmental offices.
