Hi all,
   
The area I am working on for my master thesis is the supply chain of 
a university which I am going to model it with the System Dynamics tool. 
I want to see that is there any bullwhip effect in the supply chain of 
services(intangible products) like the products of a university. Do you 
have any idea about this problem? Are there any articles which is related 
to this concept? Did you see any model of the supply chain of a university 
before? Do you think that there is any bullwhip effect is such a case?
