I am taking Roberta's suggestion that I subscribe to this list to inquire as
to whether any of you may have any suggestions as to how best to create a
positive feedback loop for the adoption of Strategy Markup Language
(StratML), with the aim of supporting more effective goal seeking behavior
by .gov agencies (as well as other organizations worldwide), particularly by
instituting more effective feedback loops engaging their stakeholders.

While I don't really expect that the interests of this group are in close
enough conformance with those of the StratML CoP in order to generate
potentially productive feedback, I would not be sending this message if I
did not have any hope of being pleasantly surprised.
