I don't think we _know_.  That's why I think effectual reasoning may be

As much as "where?", the question "about what?" arises quickly.  As I
wrote the other day, I suspect that it's not in our best interest to
push SD as a tool most of the time.

There are some of us blogging already.  My blog doesn't cover SD all
(or, explicitly, even much) of the time, but, then again, that's
consistent with the message I tried to give in my recent post.
