Dear Stefan,

I wrote a paper, published in the proceedings of the "'ISDC '87 Shanghai 
Conference" called  "A System Dynamics Model of Group Formation and 
Productivity".  I cannot find my electronic copy.  The proceedings should 
be available many places.

The paper uses a classic group formation book by "The Human Group" by 
Homans (1950) and builds a formal model to represent it.
