The Long Wave

I recently viewed the Forrester seminar series DVD on the National Model and have a question. The group discussing the National Model clearly referred to Jay Forrester’s upcoming book on the long wave, but the footnotes on a System Dynamics website page indicate that the book was never published. Do you know what article, book, or other compendium assembles the most complete version of all his thoughts on this subject?
