Please give me advice with Vensim Professional

Dear All,
Now I am trying finish the master thesis " Applying the SystemDynamic for predicting the profit for Real Estate in Viet Nam"
But I see the problem with the function in Vensim .Because I use the free license for Vensim , I can't make the function with "Cumulatef, NPV,..." .
I really need to be received some guidance for this problem. I do my best to use all available functions for purpose .
Please help me !!!!
