Supporting materials are items such as model files, or presentations. This
file will be made accessible to the reviewers in addition to your file for
review, so no author information should be included in this file either, during the review phase. This
file can be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), MSWord (.doc), Rich Text Format (.rtf) or
MS PowerPoint (.ppt), as well as a model file in one of the common formats
(.mdl, .vmf, .stm, .itm, .sim, or .sip).
If you wish to upload a model file with an extension other than
.mdl, .vmf, .stm, .itm, .sim, or .sip, you will need to zip it.
Also, if you wish to upload more than one file as a supplement to your work, you will need to zip them. This way you will be able to upload them as a single zip
Important: The only acceptable extensions for the supporting materials files to be uploaded are .txt, .doc, .rtf, .pdf, .ppt, .zip, .mdl, .vmf, .stm, .itm, .sim, and .sip. Files with extensions other than these, or files without an extension will be rejected by the server, and you will not be able to upload those files. Please make the supporting materials files you will upload have one of the accepted extensions. Files that you will put in the zip archive may have other extensions, however the zip file itself should have the .zip extension.
