To apply for a scholarship, use the "Request a Scholarship" button on your User Menu Page .

There are a limited number of partial scholarships available. Those receiving scholarships will have their conference registration fee waived and be provided with a room to be shared with another scholarship recipient during the 4 conference nights. There is no funding available for travel, food or other expenses.

Scholarships are available to individuals in financial need who have one or more papers accepted for presentation at the conference. Accepted papers include papers for which you are a coauthor.

If you would like to apply for a scholarship please use the web submission system to provide us with a short paragraph describing why you need the support, and what you think is special about the contribution you will make to the conference, or take home from the conference to your community. In reviewing scholarship applications we will have access to the paper or papers you have submitted so you do not need to repeat that content.

Scholarship applications are due on or before March 31st. Scholarships will only be awarded to people with papers accepted for presentation (there are no scholarships for people wishing to attend but not present a paper). If you are awarded a scholarships you will be contacted soon after the notifications of paper acceptances have been sent.
