We encourage you to stay at the Athenaeum InterContinental Hotel. A special room rate has been negotiated to help keep the conference affordable.
Sharing a room will significantly reduce the hotel cost. For example, with two people in the room, the double occupancy room rate of €165 (including taxes and buffet breakfast) will be split in half, so the cost will be €82.50 per person per night.For triple occupancy the room rate of €195 (including taxes and buffet breakfast) will be split by three, so the cost will be €65 per person per night.
STUDENT ROOMS: A limited number of rooms are available to students at a lower rate.

The Athenaeum InterContinental Hotel will transact with only one person, reservation maker (the person whose name is in the "Reservation Information" field of the Reservation Form). If sharing a room, please coordinate payment among the group so the hotel receives only ONE room payment from the reservation maker. Please provide roommates' names for room key privileges only.
NOTE: Per person rates are the same whether the roommate is an attendee of the conference or a guest, such as a spouse and/or children.
