Webmaster's Report
Practically all of our far-flung web has been gathered together in Albany. The former Policy Council site at Worcester is now located in Albany and called "Society Bylaws, Meeting Minutes and Reports", which more accurately describes its content. The SD Courses site maintained by Nan Lux at MIT has also been moved to Albany. With the addition of Mike Radzicki’s distant learning program we now have 575 web pages requiring 875 files plus those associated with the upcoming Atlanta conference.
I now have the tools and know-how to update the site without help from Albany.
Vedat Diker at Suny Albany, has been a great help this past year. He has taken over the responsibility for managing the conference web site, where all the papers submitted for the Atllanta conference will be posted. I hope that Luis Luna-Reyes will take over helping me with the rest of our site.
Changing our URL to "SystemDynamics.org" is nearly completed.
While this is most of what I wanted to achieve these last 12 months, access to and updating of our membership list is still several months away.
My goals for this coming year are:
My broad goal is to provide a web site that is useful and informative both to our members and others wishing to learn more about System Dynamics.
