| Position description |
We need to expand our team with a highly proficient System Dynamics
Specialist. In particular, we require specialists with the ability to
support the modelling lifecycle - from conceptualisation, implementing the
model, data integration, calibration and strategy analysis.
We are looking for a highly numerate specialist to work with our team of
consultants.
The position would entail:
- Extracting, manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data
- Creating, testing and maintaining quantitative System Dynamics models
- Producing insights to report to clients.
We envisage you to be a self-starter as well as an effective team-worker
with an excellent track record of academic and professional achievements. |
| Required skills |
- A numerate Degree from a leading University
- At least 2 years of experience developing System Dynamics-based simulations
in relevant packages
- Have highly developed quantitative skills combined with good business
judgment
- Be capable of conceptualizing own analysis approach to complex business
problems and drawing meaningful conclusions with a minimum of guidance
- Have excellent Microsoft Excel skills including VBA.
