In this role you will participate in building our firm by taking ownership of a practice area or industry vertical. This includes developing and managing client relationships as well as the consulting teams.
Applying your extensive consulting and project management experience you will lead teams of consultants and specialists helping blue-chip companies to model customer and market data and develop advanced simulation and forecasting models. Applying Vanguard’s leading-edge approach will generate actionable insights on client growth strategy which will enhance their businesses performance for years to come. |

We envisage you to be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, looking to form part of a small but growing team of specialist professionals. We expect you to be an effective team leader with an excellent academic and professional track record. Your background will include:
- At least 4 years consulting experience from a leading strategy consultancy
- Relevant PhD, Masters degree, or MBA from a leading institution
- Experience in functional areas, for example: Strategy, Marketing, Brand Management or System Dynamics (or related field),
- Experience in industry areas, for example: FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Telecom, Financial Services or Consumer Electronics
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities including proven ability to manage and motivate consulting teams to deliver high impact results to clients, and to manage client relationships
- Excellent English
