| Position description |
In this position you will study the effects of constructing system dynamics models together with problem owners and experts. The research will take place in the Health Care Insurance Board (HCIB). The HCIB is a research organisation in the field of health care and used modelling in some of her studies. In particular, your research will focus on the effect of re-use of modelling elements on time needed to construct the model and knowledge utilisation. |
| Required skills |
- A master degree in social sciences
- Fluent speaking and writing of Dutch |
| Desired Skills |
- Experience in social scientific research, in particular in analysing group interaction
- Experience in facilitating groups |
