  • Doing research in the areas of behavioural operations management, international operations strategy, and/or empirical modelling in operations
  • Publishing articles and attending conferences in these areas
  • Teaching one course per semester (4 hrs per week)
  • Supporting the administration of the department
Required Skills
  • Doctoral degree in business administration or related fields, and excellent master degree
  • Methodological expertise in behavioural experiments and/or empirical modelling methods (system dynamics, agent-based simulation)
  • High degree of motivation and capability to conduct research projects independently
  • First experiences in teaching on the bachelor and/or master level
  • Excellent English language skills;
Desired Skills basic German skills desirable
Salary Range Remunerated at pay scale E13 (TV-L) and limited to two years
