We have a number of objectives for the conference as follows:

• To attract at least 500 people (although the conference will be financially viable with as few as 200);
• To enhance the exchange of new ideas;
• To facilitate networking; and, most importantly
• To have some fun!

The conference would also act as the annual general meeting of the society.

The theme of the conference would be "Exploring the Boundaries" to build on the Sterling conference as 2004 represents the 10^th anniversary of that event.
